Once upon a time, in a small village, there lived a poor widow named Sita. She had two children, a son and a daughter. Despite her financial struggles, Sita worked hard to provide for her children and ensure that they had everything they needed. She would wake up early in the morning to tend to her small vegetable garden and then go out to work as a maid in the nearby houses.
One day, Sita's son fell sick with a high fever. Sita did everything in her power to care for her son, but the fever only worsened. She took her son to the local doctor, who told her that her son needed immediate medical attention in the city. Sita didn't have enough money to pay for the expensive treatment her son needed, but she knew she had to do something to save her son's life.
With tears in her eyes, Sita left her daughter with a neighbor and set out on foot with her son to the city, a journey of more than 100 miles. She walked for days without rest, carrying her sick son on her back, stopping only to rest and feed him. Despite the exhaustion and pain, Sita refused to give up. She was determined to save her son.
After several days of walking, Sita finally reached the city. She took her son to the hospital, where he was admitted and given the necessary treatment. Sita spent every moment by her son's side, praying for his recovery.
Days turned into weeks, and finally, Sita's son began to recover. He was discharged from the hospital, and Sita could finally breathe a sigh of relief. With the help of some kind-hearted strangers, she was able to make her way back to her village with her son.
Sita's love for her children had driven her to make a difficult and dangerous journey, but her determination and unwavering love had saved her son's life. From that day on, Sita was known as a mother who would do anything for her children, and her love and sacrifice continued to inspire those around her.
